A fantastic starting point if you’re hunting for a workout training is to think about your needs. On the other hand, if you’re really keen on salsa and moving out dancing, then getting a dance fitness school with these factors might be just what you will need. I don’t know how well you could there.
In many ways, large parts of the country are still quite primitive and not sophisticatd enough to deal with the necessary ‘breaches’, etc.

Totally awesome!,
I love my Striiv! The best thing about it is it makes me very conscious of how much I move. Since the progress in the “My Land” is fueled by my accumulated energy, it motivates me to move more. It’s weird… after a while, you feel accountable to it and on the days where you are slacking, you know it (since it tracks how much you moved on the days before), and that in turn makes you get more active that day. The interface is simple and self-explanatory. I would highly recommend it!

|I don’t leave the house without it!,
I’m not sure what the best part is, raising money to preserve rainforest while I walk or being able to compare notes with friends on how far/how much we’re walking. A few days ago I was keeping the other parents at playgroup entertained with the stats on how many calories we had burned while playing with the kids. Shocking! It is amazing how quickly you will put down your latte and run around a tree one *more* time in a game of tag with your kid when you know there’s a payoff in energy points waiting for you.
I’ve been doing some of the challenges while the kids play, to get more energy to build things in the game. Now I find I’m coming up with excuses to walk somewhere, parking farther from stores, etc. so I can build up more energy points for the game. And my daughter loves collecting the coins for me in the game. I’m not really a big fan of exercise, I have so many other competing priorities–but when I see that counter go up, and I know I’m close to winning a challenge or achieving a goal, it somehow brings out all my competitive instincts. I know I’m walking more with this device than without it–on the few days I’ve accidentally left it at home, I miss it. I keep thinking, “I could be earning points right now” as I’m carrying the groceries out to the car or whatever. So whether it’s clipped to my pocket or tucked in my bra, I don’t leave home without it.

|I love my Striiv!,
Having a Striiv has been great. I find myself climbing the stairs more, parking further from my destination, and looking for ways to get more steps in each day. I love my Striiv!
