Dance Fitness question by Kassie: How long does it take after you start doing fitness daily to show changes in appearance?
I got this dance/fitness workout DVD thing and i was just wondering how long it would take for you to start looking .. well fitter or whatever haha. If you did it daily or maybe every other day… I’m already skinny and i dont want huge muscles or anything but how long does it take to start looking and feeling different?

It takes about a month for me to notice my arms getting bigger so I figure you might look thinner in about a month.
